Who operates Dineinto

FLEXIBLE OPERATIONS SOLUTIONS AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CO (شركة العمليات المرنة لحلول وتطوير الاعمال), a Jordanian limited-liability company, registration 60493, operates Dineinto. Contact: Makkah Street, Umm Uthainah Al Gharbi, Amman, Jordan; support@dineinto.com. We control global customer accounts, discovery and platform support. Restaurants separately control their own order, reservation, loyalty and guest records; we process those records to provide their service. A restaurant cannot view your activity at another restaurant through Dineinto.

Accounts, orders and activity

We process your name, email, account identifier, language and market; saved restaurants/offers, redemptions, notification choices and devices; and product interactions used to operate and improve discovery. Restaurant services may collect phone numbers, order details, fulfilment information, reservations and loyalty history. Business accounts also involve staff roles, subscription records, configuration and integrations. Provide only information needed for the service.

Location and Google Maps

Nearby search is optional. With your permission, coordinates are sent through Dineinto to Google Maps/Places to find nearby places. Precise location is not stored in your customer profile. You can instead search by city or area and can revoke location permission in device settings. Google provides place details, ratings and photos under its own terms and privacy policy. Network providers may process request metadata; not storing coordinates in your profile does not mean no third party processes them.

Notifications and analytics

Apple APNs and browser push services use device tokens/subscriptions to deliver enabled notifications. Order updates and promotional offer alerts have separate controls. Restaurant offer alerts are optional and can be turned off in Account/Saved. We record delivery outcomes and limited discovery interactions, including a session identifier and your account ID when signed in. We do not sell personal information. We do not require advertising tracking to use the customer app.

Optional AI assistance

If you choose Mona AI and agree to sharing, your questions and conversation content are sent to OpenAI to generate answers; microphone mode also sends audio. Avoid sharing personal, medical or confidential details. Dietary/allergy questions can reveal sensitive information. Ordinary menu browsing remains available without AI. You can stop a session or withdraw your choice before another request. Provider processing and retention are governed by the applicable service arrangements; we do not promise that all AI data is immediately erased. Confirm allergy information with restaurant staff.

Support, reports and verification documents

Feedback, content reports and account/privacy requests may include your message, account/contact details, market, technical diagnostics and page path. Ownership claims may include your name, business email, phone and supporting documents. We use these to respond, verify authority and prevent abuse. Reports are not published as customer reviews. Do not send passwords, payment card details or unrelated identity documents. Support correspondence may also be held in our email system.

Purpose, recipients and international processing

We process information to provide requested services, manage accounts and contracts, protect the service, respond to support and legal obligations, and improve reliability. Where applicable, the legal basis is contract, legal obligation or legitimate interests in security and service improvement; optional permissions/marketing and AI sharing use consent where required. Providers include Cloudflare for hosting/security, Supabase for database/authentication/storage, Apple for push, Google for places, OpenAI for enabled AI, and our configured email providers. Restaurants may connect their own payment/POS providers. Processing may occur outside your country. Contact us for the applicable recipients, transfer arrangements and safeguards; mandatory local transfer requirements apply.

Retention and account deletion

Account → Delete account starts deletion inside the app. Straightforward accounts can be deleted automatically. Accounts with business access, verification evidence or records requiring review use an in-app request so support can arrange safe deletion and explain any lawful retention. A request receipt is not a deletion confirmation. We remove account/profile, saved items and notification registrations on completed deletion. Restaurant-owned orders, payments, agreements and audit evidence may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud or dispute purposes; detaching an account does not erase those records. Support, claim documents and submitted content are reviewed for deletion or restricted retention. Duration depends on the relevant obligation, unresolved case and provider backup cycle; contact us for your specific records. We do not promise immediate deletion from every backup or a universal statutory retention period.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where applicable, and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Use the in-app privacy request or email support@dineinto.com. We may verify identity proportionately and will explain records that cannot yet be erased. You may complain to the data-protection authority with jurisdiction over your case. The service is not directed at children; a child who cannot validly consent or contract under local law should use it only with appropriate guardian involvement. Contact us about a child's data. We will update this notice when practices change and highlight material changes where required.
