Information we process

We process account identity and contact information, restaurant and branch settings, staff roles, menus, table and order data, reservations, support conversations, device and security events, subscription records, and configuration received from connected services. Payment credentials are protected and are not displayed again after secure storage.

Customer app and restaurant records

A customer app profile is shared across Dineinto so one account can be used with different restaurants. Order history, loyalty, spending, and communication consent remain separate for each restaurant. A restaurant cannot use Dineinto to view a customer's activity with another restaurant. Precise location is used only to complete the nearby search and is not stored in the customer profile.

Why we use it

Information is used to create accounts, operate restaurant and guest experiences, route orders, provide support, secure the platform, manage subscriptions, send essential notices, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and international processing

Data may be processed by service providers needed for hosting, authentication, email, billing, analytics, POS, or restaurant-owned payment integrations. We limit access to what is necessary and apply appropriate contractual and technical safeguards, including for international transfers where required.

Retention, security, and rights

We retain information only as reasonably needed for service, security, legal, accounting, and dispute purposes. We use role-based access, tenant isolation, encryption for sensitive integration credentials, and logging. Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction by contacting support@dineinto.com.

البيانات التي نعالجها

نعالج بيانات الحساب والتواصل، وإعدادات المطعم والفروع، وأدوار الموظفين، والقوائم والطاولات والطلبات والحجوزات، وطلبات الدعم، وسجلات الأمان والاشتراكات والتكاملات.

تطبيق العملاء وسجلات المطاعم

يُستخدم ملف حساب العميل عبر Dineinto لتسجيل الدخول لدى مطاعم مختلفة، بينما تبقى الطلبات والولاء والإنفاق وموافقات التواصل منفصلة لكل مطعم. لا يستطيع المطعم الاطلاع عبر Dineinto على نشاط العميل لدى مطعم آخر. يُستخدم الموقع الدقيق فقط لتنفيذ بحث الأماكن القريبة ولا يُحفظ في ملف العميل.

أغراض المعالجة

نستخدم البيانات لإنشاء الحسابات وتشغيل تجربة المطعم والضيف وتوجيه الطلبات وتقديم الدعم وحماية المنصة وإدارة الاشتراكات وإرسال الإشعارات الضرورية وتحسين الاعتمادية. لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية.

المشاركة والنقل الدولي

قد تتم معالجة البيانات لدى مزودي الاستضافة والمصادقة والبريد والفوترة والتحليلات وأنظمة POS أو بوابات الدفع المملوكة للمطعم، وبالقدر الضروري فقط ومع الضمانات المناسبة.

الاحتفاظ والأمان والحقوق

نحتفظ بالبيانات للمدة اللازمة للتشغيل والأمان والمتطلبات النظامية والمحاسبية. نستخدم صلاحيات حسب الدور وعزل بيانات المطاعم وتشفير بيانات التكامل الحساسة. يمكن طلب الاطلاع أو التصحيح أو الحذف أو التقييد وفق النظام عبر support@dineinto.com.
